Once your room request is confirmed, you will recieve an email from Balanced Life Studio with a link to submit your non-refundable $500 deposit (per person). When submitting your request below, please let us know how many people you are reserving for, their names and which room type you are requesting. All prices are based on double occupancy.
All rooms are between 13-23sqm with beautiful views and include an ensuite bathroom with modern walk-in shower, picturesque Portuguese architectural details, White Company 100% cotton bed linens, White company 100% cotton luxury light terry bath towels.
Please let us know if you are requesting a room all to yourself (one bed in room) or share a room (one or two beds in room - you choose).
If you are traveling solo and want to share a room with another solo traveler, we will pair you with someone of the same gender.
All room prices are per person, based on double occupancy.

What about flights and transportation?
Flights to and from Portugal from the United States are many! The closest airport and train station to the retreat space is Faro in southern Portugal. A taxi from either the airport or train station is 10-15minutes away and will cost roughly 25 euro.
Traveling through London, Lisbon and Spain are popular choices. Reach out to Dewana for more specific help if you need.
Taxis, Uber and trains to/from the retreat center are inexpensive and easy to arrange. We can help you with that, too.
Are beginners welcome?
Of course, Welcome! Kate & Dewana's classes are for anyone with a body - which is everybody! So come as you are - every class can be tailored to your specifics.
Covid
We will continue to monitor the effect of COIVD-19 on international travel, transportation in country and contagion levels and keep registered participants up to date on any applicable advisories. We will comply with E.U. and Portuguese law regarding vaccination status and required paperwork to enter and travel within country.
