Sarah is a 200-Hour Certified Yoga Teacher who leads with kindness and a welcoming spirit. Her classes are designed to help you sweat, smile, feel good, and completely let go of the day's stress. Passionate about nature and personal growth, she creates a supportive, judgment-free environment where students can leave comparison at the door and simply enjoy the physical and mental benefits of their practice.
