Emotion & Journey Focused

Our last day on Maui was magical. We started our day at the farmers market in Kula where.local farmers and artists displayed their achievements. We bought locally grown strawberries, mango, passion fruit and had a shot glass of turmeric juice, beet juice and an açaí bowl.

Next stop was the Maui Yoga Shala for our graduation celebration from our 300 yoga teacher training. We set in a circle as we shared stories and gave our gratitude to all of our teachers. Tears of joy and sadness were shared as we completed this chapter in our lives. Connections were made that truly will be forever imprinted in our hearts.

May the Tree of our life be rooted in the soil of love

May good deeds be the leaves on that tree

May words of kindness form its flowers and may peace be its fruit

Let us grow and unfold as one family united in love.
