We have had exceptional training with Kylie Cole on Prenatal Yoga. Yoga is an ideal preparation for labor and birth. It trains the mind and the body for the concentration needed in labor and birth.
Prenatal yoga can:
Improve sleep
Reduce stress and anxiety
Increase the strength, flexibility and endurance of muscles needed for childbirth
Decrease lower back pain, nausea, headaches and shortness of breath
